Recent findings from the Accounting Firm Operations and Technology Survey showed that accounting firms of all sizes from Sole Proprietor up to the Top 100 rank Workflow Management as their #1 Technology concern in the next 3 years. As deployed technologies continue to advance, the way in which practices track a task or project from point of entry through point of delivery is also changing. Many firms have successfully made the leap to automated workflow tools and with that some best practices have emerged. This course will evaluate those best practices and demonstrate the improved efficiencies of automating repetitive tasks and process management for the firm. Saving both time and money while improving team collaboration and client communication.
