Course Description

When you entered the CPA profession -- whether it was 5 or 25 years ago -- you were trained to focus on the technical compliance elements of serving clients. Clients now expect to get far more than just compliance from their CPAs. This webinar will coach you on how to go from technician to advisor in order for you to best serve your clients and maximize the value you provide. This session will be of value to seasoned practitioners looking to change the way they service clients, as well as relatively new CPAs looking to grow within their organization.

Learning Objectives

  • Examine how you and your firm practices, and make adjustments to your processes to align with your future path

  • Develop a list of questions you can utilize with clients to better analyze their needs and potential service offerings

  • Learn how to create a collaborative network of other professionals to better serve your clients
