Do you know that your organization needs a stronger diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy but do not know where to start? This webinar on the Equity Value System: Ethical Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Strategies, will teach you a framework to create a winning strategy for your firm, company, or organization.
2020 presents unique opportunities for companies to leverage their influence, intellectual capital, and financial power to create internal and external equity in the business environment. Diversity initiatives alone are not enough. People-centric and visionary organizations create value systems that open opportunities for the most talented and creative professionals to thrive. Those value systems foster equitable pathways for under-represented groups to find success in a company’s culture, whether they’re racial or ethnic minorities, women, or LGBTQ+.
