Andrew started his career managing operations for a Fortune 100 company. After several years of managing large-scale operations, he took a jump to build and manage operations for HireAthena, a mid-sized accounting firm primarily focused on Silicon Valley startups. During his time at HireAthena, Andrew built process around the company's accounting workflows and increased gross margins by 40%. Andrew now helps firms assess their workflow deficiencies and setup processes to gain greater visibility as well as efficiency in their practice. Andrew holds his Master's in Internal Business from the University of Florida's Hough Graduate School of Business.
