Course Description

This course will provide attendees with an overview of an employer’s duty to accommodate employees under various federal laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.  This presentation will use real-world examples that have been ripped from the headlines. Rather than vague theory, this webinar will use the same type of situations that employers are likely to confront.
