Christian Payne has a background in investment banking and worked for Citibank, Arnhold & S. Bleichroeder, Inc. and Cruttenden Roth, where he completed mergers and acquisitions, and public and private debt and equity offerings. He also served as Vice President and CFO of ACLN Ltd, an international logistics company. In 2000, Christian co-founded Catalyst Business Systems, a provider of technology, strategic advisory and outsourcing services. Catalyst merged with Kellogg & Andelson, and in April 2003 he became President and CEO of K&A. Christian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, with a minor in French and German.

Charles (Chuck) McCann has more than 30 years of experience providing tax, accounting, auditing and consulting for small and medium-sized closely held companies, and tax and financial planning for individuals. He is experienced in mergers and acquisitions and valuation services. As COO for K&A, Chuck is responsible for national operations and the Midwest offices. He is active within the tax department and consulting divisions, and provides business valuations for clients. Before joining K&A, Chuck was president of the McCann Business Group, where he provided accounting, tax and advisory services to medium size businesses. Before that he was a partner at Mayer Hoffman McCann Certified Public Accountants. Chuck is author of the book “Harvard Should Give MBAs to Paperboys,” he is published in the Journal of Accountancy, and he frequently speaks at CPA functions around the country. He holds an MBA with an emphasis in Accounting from Wichita State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Pittsburg State University.
