Debra Alexander is one of the nation’s leading DEI program consultants and speakers in the United States. She grew up in Grambling, Louisiana where her father was a professor. She focuses on individual, team, leadership and organizational performance as well as conducting DEI assessments, designing DEI programs and conducting DEI and organizational change evaluations. She completed graduate and post-graduate studies at American University, Columbia University, University of St. Thomas and the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland; and holds an undergraduate degree from Hampton University. She is the former owner of the Moton Conference Center in Virginia, and a member of the faculty of Georgetown University in the Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership program.
