Gretchen Lehman represents employers in all areas of employment law and focuses her practice in the area of employment litigation. She has handled a wide range of litigation matters in federal and state court, and has defended employers in lawsuits arising under Title VII, the Florida Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the First Amendment and state tort laws. Ms. Lehman has also successfully defended management before numerous governmental administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Agency for Workforce Innovation and the Public Employees Relations Commission. She regularly advises employers on their rights and responsibilities under a variety of employment laws and has conducted employment law and diversity training seminars for both management and employees.
