As an attorney and Certified Exchange Specialist®, Max has helped taxpayers and real estate professionals successfully complete 1031 exchanges for over 40 years. Max is an active member of the State Bar Associations of Montana, Idaho and Utah and a Past President of the State Bar of Montana. Max is a former President of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA) and a former board-level member of the organization. He continues to serve on the Government Affairs Committee of the FEA. Max is well-versed in all types of 1031 Exchanges simple and complex, with a specialty in custom, long-term parking exchanges.
