Michael is a member of the following: American Institute of Certified Public Accountant (AICPA), Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA), Small Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF), Maryland Tech Council, Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants Government Contractors Committee and Chairman of the Accounting and Audit Task Force. He holds degrees in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland.
