As Director of Practice Development, Tracy is responsible for strategic development and implementation of tax minimization strategies. She customizes DMA’s approach to client service through insightful opinions on a range of taxability issues, client representation before state tax authorities, and audit strategies. Tracy’s extensive, hands-on state experience supports DMA’s tax services to best solve clients’ specific needs. Tracy is skilled in researching, analyzing, and interpreting complex tax issues, rulings, and court decisions which allows her to provide a customized approach to support and train clients’ tax and purchasing personnel.
