Vince is the founder of TrueUp, a gamified talent network that provides interactive games and simulations to accounting, audit, advisory, tax, and finance professionals for both learning and skill validation. TrueUp is a part of the 2018 AICPA Startup Accelerator Program and has worked with partners like Oracle, MindBridge.ai, State CPA societies, universities, and CPA firms to engage employees, students, and members with interactive training content.

Vince began his career in Buffalo, NY with PwC as an auditor in 2007 and then moved to Los Angeles and into the industry, primarily working for technology companies. The bulk of his experience includes preparing private companies for transactions, including IPOs, acquisitions, and raising capital raises, audit readiness, as well as Controller/CFO type roles and ERP and software implementations.

Vince continues providing specialized consulting and advisory services in areas of technology implementations, technical accounting, and accounting department transformations, including team restructuring, process efficiencies, and month-end organization and workflow.

Vince is a sought-after speaker on blockchain and its impact on the accounting profession for CPA firms and state societies and has been delivering in-depth blockchain presentations and workshops since 2018.
