This webinar is a practical guide to making the S corporation a tax-saving machine. We will discuss the tax reforms in the new Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) and the final IRS Section 199A regulations. You will learn how to help your clients decide if they should operate their businesses as S sole proprietorships, LLCs, or C corporations.
