Course Description

Is your company looking to expand internationally? Are you considering sending employees to work overseas? Learn about a global HR solution that allows small and medium-sized businesses to quickly and cost-effectively set up overseas while ensuring compliance with local HR regulations.

Learning Objectives:

  • Determine the Global PEO/EOR structure and the benefits they offer

  • Identify what is needed to form and manage a foreign entity versus using an EOR

  • List the different considerations that need to be made when expanding overseas

  • Give examples of different scenarios and how a global PEO/EOR would be utilized to solve an issue

Joseph Schnepf, PEO Consultant, helps clients navigate their way to a more efficient PEO or significantly lowering costs with their current PEO. With a Degree in Business Management, Joseph has become known for his one-of-a-kind combination of strategic and innovative thinking. Much like the family and team atmosphere at PEO Spectrum, he values his clients’ time and is committed to creating long-lasting, successful relationships.

Mary Beth Crowley is a Senior Consultant at PEO Spectrum, and she heads up our Global EOR program. Previously, she worked in education and case management. Her talents and passion to serve others launched her career in sales by working directly with United Healthcare’s Institutional Special Needs Plan. In both her sales and business development roles at UHS, she worked in tandem with long-term nursing home facilities to increase access to care for residents. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and an M.Ed. from Dowling College.
