Course Description

This is an intermediate-level ESOP course. In this 90-minute webinar, we will discuss how ESOP plans are designed as a compensation incentive and how ESOPs have been shown to increase employee productivity. We will also address some general guidelines on getting ESOP employees more involved.

Before joining Menke & Associates 20 years ago, Mr. DeDominicis spent three years as Director of Investment Banking for the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Citigroup in New York, focusing on changing the control advisory assignments to middle-market companies. Prior to that, Mr. DeDominicis spent ten years as Director of Investment Banking for the Mergers, Acquisitions & Private Finance Group of Morgan Stanley. Mr. DeDominicis received his degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware in 1985 and his MBA degree in Finance and Accounting from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA in 1989.

Kyle Coltman has worked extensively in the design of employee buyouts since joining the firm in l979. During this time, he has supervised several hundred ESOP buyouts for owners of privately-held firms. Mr. Coltman’s responsibilities encompass all phases of deal structuring, financing, and coordination of ongoing services. Mr. Coltman graduated with honors from the University of California, San Diego, receiving a B.A. degree in Economics. He received his M.B.A. degree in finance at the University of California, Berkeley.
